Information used
When you sign in, Google provides an account identifier and verified email address. Google does not share your password with Job Agent. The app stores the profile, job preferences, job statuses and feedback you choose to provide.
When you upload a CV, Job Agent extracts and stores its text and filename to match jobs to your experience. The original PDF is not kept. Please avoid including information you do not want used for job matching.
How it is used
Your information is used to maintain your account, tailor and improve your job matches, and remember your activity. For private administration and product analytics, Maze Labs records sign-in dates, an approximate country when available, and broad device, operating-system and browser categories, alongside account details and counts of tracked jobs. Country may be inaccurate, for example when using a VPN. Job Agent does not retain the IP address or full browser user-agent for this analytics. Sign-in records remain until your account is deleted. Your profile is not displayed publicly to other Job Agent users. The app contacts job sources to retrieve vacancies; search terms based on selected roles may be sent to those sources.
Services and storage
Google provides sign-in. Job Agent is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and its infrastructure providers. These services process information as needed to operate the app. If you open a job listing, the destination site handles your visit under its own policies.
Retention and requests
Your saved profile and CV text remain stored until they are replaced or removed. There is currently no automatic account-deletion control or fixed deletion schedule. To request access to or deletion of your account information, contact info@themazelabs.com. Signing out does not delete your data.
